Actor cum entrepreneur and politician, John Dumelo like many before him has made a damning assessment of Ghanaian workers and how they contribute to businesses folding up in the country.
According to John Dumelo, who is a farmer, the dishonesty of workers has direct relationship with poor performance of businesses in the country, adding that such behaviours must be shed off by Ghanaians if we want to own and dominate the market in our industries.
John Dumelo made this assertion in a tweet sighted by Ghanajoint, in which he noted, “the downfall of many Ghanaian businesses are the dishonest workers. I pray 2022, all dishonest workers will be caught in Jesus’ name”.
This is not the first time that a notable business man in the country has come out to condemn the negative traits of Ghanaian workers and how they contribute to the failures of businesses in the country.
Kennedy Agyapong is on records to have slammed Ghanaian workers as lazy and prone to stealing, adding that that is why he is sometimes to employ Ghanaian workers.
John Dumelo’s own observation of Ghanaian workers goes to give credence to the comments of Kennedy Agyapong and adds salt to injury in what does not paint Ghanaian workers in glory.
