Legendary Ghanaian music producer, Hammer has reacted to Ghanaian rapper Teephlow’s decision to drop the mic and retire from music in 2022.
In a social media back and forth with comedian Waris, Teephlow revealed he is uninspired to do music and added that he could actually walk out of the game in 2022.
Hammer who was watching from the sidelines as the two went on their exchanged became immediately concerned at Teephlow’s plans to retire this year and with the benefit of hindsight revealed that Teephlow leaving Ghana for America was a bad move
Teephlow wrote, “Uninspired ma brother #Uninspired As unfortunate as it may sound Next year might actually be my last year for the game chale. Appreciate the love and support tho.”
And his tweet was in response to comedian Waris’ earlier tweet in which he cried out to Teephlow for taking so long to drop another hit after getting him to fall in love with his music.
He tweeted, “So @TeephlowGh thinks I’m a fool ern, I fell in love with his last album chairman no drop another hit….”
Hammer watching the drama unfolded tweeted, “This Yankee thing was a bad idea…I’m calling you tonight bro, maybe I need to come back myself.”
