VRA Made Profit For The First Time In 9 Years Under My Competent Leadership – Akufo Addo

President of the Republic of Ghana and the African of the Year, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has revealed that for the first time in over 9 years, the Volta River Authority recorded profit.

He observed that under his tenure as President of the Republic, the country has enjoyed stable electricity power supply pledging to add to the National power supply to ensure we do not go back to the days of ‘dumsor’, under the Mahama led administration.

Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo made this revelations via his facebook page which is of course managed by is communication team, highlighting stable electricity, fuel prices reviewed downwards and the Volta River Authority raking in profit for the first time in 9 years as some successes to be proud of under the 2021 year under review.

According to the President, the country has enjoyed stable electricity supply for both domestic and commercial purposes also observing that, “In the energy sector, we have continued to provide stable electricity to Ghanaians and for the first time in 9 years, VRA made a profit,” he stated.
