Good news for all customers of VIP Jeoun Transport Services, the Chief Executive Officer of the transport service, Mr. Yaw Amposah Marfo has revealed the company’s roadmap to integrate online ticketing and payment systems into its services to improve customer convenience.
To achieve its goal, the company has revealed it will collaborate with CalBank to use a digitalized system to enable customers buy tickets, pay and book their preferred seats online.
Mr. Yaw Amponsah Marfo made the revelation at the opening of a new bus terminal at the JEOUN VIP Transport Service on Thursday in Tamale.
“VIP JEOUN in the second decade intends to grow innovatively by using technology to create wealth. In that regard, Directors have resolved to partner with our longtime bankers; Cal Bank, to develop digital solutions that can add value to our operations and also enhance the customer experience. VIP also announces for the information of the general public that coming up soon, you can book and buy VIP tickets online,” he told this reporter.
He also made mention of the company’s plans to expand its services to parts of the country that were previously uncharted grounds
“In line with that objectives, VIP proposes to expand and extend our services to Walewale, Nalerigu, Bunkprugu, Damongo, Nandomband Hamile. Moreover, to make transportation accessible to all in the Northern Regions, VIP again intends to open routes to Obuasi, Sefwi, Techiman, Sunyani, Dunkwa, Takoradi, Mim, Goaso, and Sankore all in the middle belt of the country. This we believe will make it easier for the people of the North to travel with ease and comfort,” Mr. Ampofo stressed.
