Ghanaian boxer, Richard Commey is reportedly in line for a huge payday from his much anticipated bout with Ukrainian boxer, Vasiliy Lomachenko. Richard Commey will go head to head with the three-weight Ukrainian in New York City at the Madison Square Garden on Saturday, December 11.
Reports coming in from the organizers of the match is that both fighters on the night are in line for some huge financial gains as Richard Commey will according to reports, earn a whooping $700,000 in addition to 50% of the money mobilized from the pay per view
Ukrainian boxer, Vasiliy Lomachenko also gets a good chunk of the pie as he is set to walk home with $750,000 in addition to 50% of the money mobilized from the pay per view.
34 years old Commey’s came in February and ended in victory in his fight against Jackson Marinez which ended in a knockout. Vasiliy Loamchenko on the other hand last appeared in the ring in June in which he dominated Masayoshi Nakatani in a bout which lasted only nine rounds.
The winner of their bout will most likely be in contention to challenger for the IBF lightweight title next year
